Drove into Jerusalem today to tour the Old City. Yoel was our guide today and took us into the city through the Zion Gate in the Armenian Quarters. We walked the narrow streets and took in all the beautiful views of Mt of Olives and overview of other areas of Old Jerusalem. Lots of walking and picture taking. We visited the Upper Room, Wailing Wall, Church of the Holy Mother, David’sTomb and Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Then we left Jerusalem and headed to the Dead Sea area. We stayed in a hostel there so we could get an early start tomorrow.
