    • 11/20/2009 Each time I return from Haiti God reveals more truths to me about me and this world I live in. He reveals things like the blessings He gives us and the difference between His blessings and the world’s blessings. Even people that don’t know Christ are blessed by the world because they live by Christian principles. If a man doesn’t lie and is honest in business and stays out of debt most likely he will prosper in this world. Sometimes as Christians all we see as our blessings is what the material world gives us. God will bless us with material things but His true blessings are so much more than material things. We can have these material things today and they can be gone tomorrow. His blessings are peace, joy, reuniting families and changing lives. These things cannot be taken away. Our true blessings and rewards await us in heaven. These are the blessings man can’t buy.” We must remember that our purpose is to prepare people for the coming of our Lord as John the Baptist did. Then we will receive these blessings our Lord speaks of.”

    • 10/14/2009 With the ministry growing so are the needs. It always seems that the needs are growing much faster than the ministry but the Lord has truly blessed me giving me peace that He will provide for all our needs. Recently I have to admit I had doubt for a couple of days of how the Lord would take care of all these needs and I was ashamed that I would doubt Him: the one who has provided for this ministry and my family from the beginning without fail. He has never, never failed me. As I prayed though this doubt He spoke to me though John the Baptist in Matthew. John who had seen Jesus, heard God’s voice, saw the Holy Spirit descend upon Him and proclaimed him as the Messiah had doubts. This comforted me in many ways, one that he has seen Christ and I have not physically seen Him and he had doubts and two that he was secure enough to admit his doubts to his disciples. I learned also that when we have doubt we go to Jesus for the confirmation that He is the Messiah and that He is our provider. ” I have been learned from working in Haiti especially that the Lord will get done whatever He wants done with or without me and it will be on His timing. All these needs will be taken care of and all the visions He has given me will be done. All I have to do is put myself on His schedule and not mine, then I have that perfect peace. “

    • 9/12/2009 Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” Luke 6:38 “I use this verse as just one of the many promises that God gives us. I have to say that I had to learn over the years as God has matured me and continues that what He tells us is absolute Truth. There are so many examples I could give you that you would not have time to read them all so I will jut tell you a few of the gifts that the Lord has given TEM in the last week. We have needed a van or suv in Haiti for a while but I have not put out the need till about a month ago. The cost of a vehicle and shipping and customs is quite expensive. I got an e-mail from my good friends in Haiti from Love A Child , Bobby ( Sherri), and they told me that they have a 15 passenger van they are going to give us. This is awesome as our God is as we know. It is absolutely free, no shipping and no customs. Halleluiah!!!! This was on a Friday. On Sunday Will Tiller and I go and share the Good News at the First Baptist Church of Batesburg, SC and the Pastor (Philip McNeal) gives us a van for the ministry here in the states. God does give exceeding abundantly as He says. I truly believe He gives to TEM because we give to so many different people and ministries from Haiti, Pakistan, Mexico, India and here at home that our blessing truly run over our mere expectations. I encourage you to give to further His Kingdom and watch as He pours out His blessing upon you and your family. I am living proof that this is true. “

    • 8/22/2009 So God’s rest is there for people to enter. But those who formerly heard the Good News ” failed to enter because they disobeyed God.”So God set another time for entering His place of rest, and that time is today.” Hebrew 4: 6, 7 NLT” It has taken many years for the Lord to reveal to me that I need to rest. I see my Christian brothers and sisters here in the states and missionaries overseas completely stressed out working for the Lord the joy is gone. If people see us doing God’s work with no joy, why do they want to be like us? We should have joy oozing out of every pore of our body, ready to tell everyone about this marvelous Savior we have that gives us this peace, joy and everlasting life. ” The only reason we can’t enter His rest is that we decide not to. There is nothing we can do or build that is going to amaze God so let us rest and have joy as we do His work. Let us enter His rest today. You can not have peace & joy without rest.” “

    • 6/30/2009 If some of you don’t know I had a hip replaced on June 3rd and I am doing great. I have put this surgery off for 4 to 5 years. It seemed I never had time. It never ceases to amaze me how God will stop you and say now is the time. It reminds me when we built the Widow’s Home in Northwest Haiti. I knew the need for the Widow’s Home but I didn’t know how, when or what he wanted me to do. It was almost a year later and He told me now is the time. In just a short time the Lord provided the funds for the project and Steve Leach began the foundation.”He has given me a short time of rest that I truly am enjoying while He heals my hip. I’m still speaking at different churches and organizations but He is giving me a wonderful peace and joy during this time. I will be returning to Haiti July 26th, 2009 with Will , Brittany Tiller and Kenny Phillips to take care of a few projects we are doing in Z’Orange and then we are going to visit George and Carol Ann Truelove in Nansantrain where we will be helping George put a new roof on his tool shed. We also will be visiting Steve and Faith Leach and I get to see the Widows at the Widow’s Home. We send food to many people in the Northwest and I look so forward to seeing them again. They bring joy to my heart. I have not had the opportunity to visit the Northwest in about 3 years. Please be in praying for us that the Lord will open other doors to show his love and compassion.”

    • 5/8/2009 I keep hearing the words, “do you love me? Do you love me? Jesus said,” If ye love me, keep my commandments.” John 14:15 (KJV) and in John 13:35, He says, “By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have loved one to another.” The final one that comes to mind is in John 16:24, “If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take his cross, and follow me.” ” We all know that love is action and can not be described or explained. It has to be experienced. We can read about it or even look it up in the dictionary but it really has no personal meaning. We have to experience the love of God before we can tell anyone about it and then they have to experience it.”The question I have to ask myself each day is, do I love Jesus, do I really, really love my Lord, do I do my very best to please him, do I love my brothers and sisters as I love Him? And I the final question is do I deny myself, have I forsaken all for Him. Unfortunately the closer I get to my Lord the more unworthily I know that I am and how much more I need to deny myself. “

    • 4/13/2009 In Isaiah 30:21 it says, “And thine ears shall bear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk yea in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.” I have been blessed ever since the Lord has called to be able to hear that small whisper from behind me to come a little closer and I will tell you more, I will reveal more to you. He has never, never failed me or led me down the wrong path. He has always provided for me even when I saw no way. He has now whispered another God size vision into my ears. And that vision is to make Z’Orange the center of worship in the middle of satanic worship which surrounds the little village in the mountains. We are to dig a well to supply water for the people, finish a school with desks and supply teachers with transportation, build a missions house with showers and indoor toilets and a medical center. I know this is just the beginning of the vision. I believe the Lord only shows me glimpse of His plan. I am so excited about what the Lord is going to do and how He will supply all we need to do this God size task. I ask you to please pray for us as we walk with Him and do those things that are pleasing to Him. If the Lord puts it on your heart to help us with this project please contact me and I would love to explain more of what God is doing with TEM in Haiti.

    • 2/12/2009 As some of you know I contracted Malaria in November of 2008 and I am just now getting over the headaches and being able to think clearly again. I just want to thank God for everyone that prayed for me. It was a very humbling experience for me to know that people from India, Pakistan, Haiti and throughout the United States were praying. ” I cannot explain to anyone how wonderful it feels to feel good again to truly feel the joy of the Lord: to be about my Father’s business again. I have already been back to Haiti in January and I will be going back Feb. 23rd to the 27th to make sure Gabriel (truck) is in good working condition for our March youth team going March 28th-April 4th and the Pastor’s Conference April 4th – 11th in Z’Orange. I am very excited about both weeks.”This will be the largest youth team we have ever taken and this will be our 2nd Pastor’s Conference. Last year we have 35 pastors come and we hope to have many more this year. Please be praying for us during these two weeks that we listen to our Lord for direction and show the love and compassion of Christ.” If you would like to know how you could help with either of these events please contact us. “

    2008 Updates

    • 12/14/2008 I returned from Haiti in November and was getting ready to go to Pakistan the first of Dec. but God had another plan. I had continued to pray that the Lord would tell me if He wanted me to go or not. It did not matter to me, I just want to do my Father’s will. I had felt sick ever since I came back from Haiti but I thought I just had a cold or the flu. The night before my wife (Shirley) and I were suppose to go to visit her parents I was talking to a friend of mine (Joe) and he asked me if I was still planning to go to Pakistan. I said, “unless the Lord knocks me down, I will go).” Be very careful what you say to God because that night He did exactly that. I became seriously ill and the next morning I was taken to the hospital. After a few days of being treated for Malaria and Dengue fever they realized that they needed to send me to Pensacola where they had an infectious disease specialist. After a week in the hospital with excruciating headaches and being delirious I was allowed to come home. I have been home now about 10 days and I am doing much better thanks to all the prayers and the Lord guiding the doctor’s treatment. ” There is no doubt that the Lord did not want me to go to Pakistan at this time. I truly do not know if He wants me to go or not. I am assured He will let me know in His timing. ” As I look back I think sometimes God just wants to know if you will do something for Him, if you are willing. I do know that if I had never taken the step forward I would have never known if I was supposed to go or not. He promises He will direct our paths and establish our goings. This I am sure of. ” I will be very careful from now on to ask Him to write on a wall or I will put a fleece out before I ask for bodily injury when I need a sign.”Thanks for all your prayers.” “

    • 10/3/2008 Sorry I haven’t changed the Blog in a while and I have got a lot of excuses but I think the Truth is always better! I didn’t make time to write it. The Lord has had me very busy as you can see under the news section on the website. I have always said since the Lord choose me that it has been an adventure, some good and some I have perceived as bad but they turn out to be good. I love the verse in a song that says I must go down in the valley to stand on the Mountain of God. That is what walking with God is all about! knowing when you’re in the valley and knowing who to call on. He has always, always rescued me and provided for me. He is my Compass, my Lord, my Savoir, my Provider. ” In Sept. Bill Chambless went with me to Haiti and the Lord with HIS guidance and direction we was able to take food into the village of Z’Orange. The people in Haiti need our prayers more now than ever. There are around one million people in Haiti displaced without homes and very little food with no hope from their government. Their Hope is in Jesus. Maybe that is where we need to be here in the U.S. Where there is no one else to turn but to our Lord.” At the end of Oct. Will Tiller and I went to South Carolina to the New Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church. What a wonderful time we had. They are joining us to help the people in Haiti.” Oct. 7th to the 13th I will be in St. Charles, MO. for a mission’s conference at the First Baptist Church of St. Charles. I’m very excited about this and also the fact that I get to see a lot of my Christian brothers and sisters in Christ there.” Oct. 26th to Nov. 8th I will be going back to Haiti where we will have a medical team, VBS, hut to hut prayers and visiting our voodoo villages as we always do. We will be distributing food and bibles and sharing our faith.” Dec. I will be in Pakistan. The Lord and I will be spending about a week and a half in a village called Dadu and other villages surrounded by Muslims and Hindus. Please be in pray about this mission as I ask you to pray for all our mission efforts to glorify our Lord.”May God bless you and your family from generation to generation.””The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous person availeth much.” James 5:16 “

    • 8/8/2008 “That through death He might destroy him that had the power of death, that is the devil!”And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.”” Hebrews 2:14,15″ Why do most Christians live in fear of death? Our Lord told us in 1 Tim. 1:7 “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear! but of power, and of love and of self discipline.” We can not be productive for our Lord if we live in fear. What are we afraid of? In Psalms 56:11 it says,’ In God have I put my trust! I will not be afraid what man can do unto me.” So if we are not to fear man and death why aren’t we doing God’s work? Whatever you are doing, if it does not glorify God it is of no use.” The reason I say all of this is that my worst critics are Christians. The world doesn’t care what I do. My brothers and sisters are the ones asking me why would I leave my family as much as I do and why would I go into third world countries where I could get harmed. I wonder sometimes if they are reading the same Bible that I read if they read it at all. When God speaks to us we need to be obedient and not listen to man and we need to encourage our brothers and sisters not discourage them. So the next time a brother or sister comes to you and tells you God told them to do something no mater how bizarre it sounds, give them some encouragement. He who refreshes others himself will be refreshed.” If I have learned one thing, if it sounds bizarre to the world then you are probably on the right track. Please continue to pray for me and God’s ministry (Truth Evangelistic Ministry) and may God bless you and your family.” ” “
    • 7/2/2008 “I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me would not abide in darkness.” John 12:46″I praise God that He chose a small group of us to go into the darkness to shine His light. We just got back from Haiti sharing the Gospel of John with voodoo priests and voodoo priestess. The light has started to dissipate. As we read the Gospel of John you could see the darkness move back as God’s powerful words cut as a sword: the enemy fled. We had told them that we weren’t there to convert them or convince them of anything we just wanted to share the Truth with them. On our last day a young man jumped up in the middle of the teaching and said, “I want to be converted”. This young man was the head voodoo priest’s son. The Holy Spirit had entered him and he was about to burst. He would not let us finish till he had accepted Christ. ” This is just one of the events that happened on the last mission. For more exciting Good News of how our Lord is moving in Haiti read under the news tab of our website.”Thank you all for your prayers and donations for this mission. You will be blessed as we were. “

    • 5/1/2008 It always amazes me how our God opens doors for us to do His work. We have been working the village of Z’Oranges, Haiti for over four years and the second visit we meet with Daniel (Voodoo Priest) who is the most respected of the priests in this area. We explained to him that we were not there to convince him or to convert him to Christianity but to just tell him the truth about Jesus Christ! the true conversion had to come from the Holy Spirit, we are just the messengers. We asked him if we could start to pray that the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth would come upon him. He replied that he would like that and we have been praying for him ever since. Through these years he has allowed us to go into his village of about 50 people and have a medical clinic and VBS. We have treated many people and taught his children about Jesus many times. I’m not saying this has never happened but it is a little unusual for a voodoo priest to allow you to come into their village and teach about Christ. I truly believe that God has blinded him to allow us to come in and teach about the Lord, but the greatest news is that in March I asked him if we could come in and teach all the voodoo priests in the area in his voodoo temple. Most of them will not go to church but they will come if Daniel ask them. Daniel said he thought that was a good idea. I explained to him again that we just wanted to preach the Gospel so they will know the truth about Jesus and not what they have heard or partial truths. Daniel’s brother who is also a voodoo priest asked if the mambos (voodoo priestess) could come because he thought they needed to be there also. Naturally I agreed.” Again I believe that God has blinded Daniel to allow us to come into the darkness to shine His light. God’s Word does not come back void and it is powerful. There is a passage that says satan is like a roaring lion going to and fro over the earth to see who he can devour. God is opening the door to the lion’s den to allow us to go in with the Sword (the Word of God) and stick it into the heart of this lion. I get chills each time I think about it. Karl Leiber, Will Tiller and I will be leaving June 18th and I would like you to pray for us and the people that are in darkness in this valley. “

    • 3/18/2008 I’m off to Haiti again. All of the trips are adventures and exciting but this one I’m very excited about. (Our first Pastor’s Conference in the village of Z’Oranges) I am in the Atlanta airport now on my way to Haiti. The rest of the team will be coming in on Saturday and we will head toward the village on Easter Sunday. So far there are around 60 Pastors and assist. pastors that will be attending. Our hope is that we will encourage and help them understand their importance as a role model for the people of Haiti. So many times cultures and religion collide. One of our goals is to help the Haitians realize that in the Kingdom there is no Haiti, no American, no African, just Christian. The Bible”tells us how we should live our life no mater where we live or what nationality were are.” Another part of this mission will be building a foundation for the Jerusalem II Church. (Jerusalem Baptist’s Church Mission Church). They have been carrying rock up to this mountain for their church for about two years. You can’t drive up to this location in the mountains! you must hike in and carry everything in by donkey or mule. That includes concrete, food, water, Etc. The team will be living in a hut during this week. ” The second week we will have a small youth group coming in for VBS for the week. The Haitian children love it when the American kids come.” We will be having a busy couple of weeks and we need your prayers. We plan things each day but Haiti has a way of changing them daily. I do know this, God will get done what God wants to get done. He always does.”

    • 2/5/2008 I just returned from Israel last week and my wife and I had a wonderful time seeing the sites and working with Jews for Jesus. The trip was just another example of how God gives us the desires of our heart. There was no way that we could afford this trip but He always makes a way for His children. We saw many wonderful sites and saw many people from different religions falling down and praying in certain areas where Biblical people had walked or died. The Western wall is a perfect example where people will come and pray and put pieces of paper with prayers on them in the cracks of the walls feeling as if they were closer to God. All I could think about was how awesome our God is. We don’t have to be in Jerusalem or anywhere else because Christ is with us always. We can’t get any closer to Him because He lives in us. He is alive, He has risen. I truly felt a burden for the Jewish people that did not recognize Jesus as the Messiah that are stuck in the traditions as if the last 2,000 years have not even pasted. They have eyes that cannot see and ears that don’t want to hear. I left Israel praising my God that He chose me and gave me the spirit of Truth. I am so, so blessed.” “

    2007 and Prior Updates

    • 12/19/2007 Another great adventure with our Lord this year! it just went by to fast. I have to go to our web page to see what all the Lord has had the ministry involved in. We were in Mexico at the beginning of the year, then Haiti twice, then India, then back to Haiti. We have worked with the homeless, the young men in prison (Gang Rescue) spoken at several churches and rehabilitation centers and had a couple of bargain sales in between. This is just what I can think of without really thinking. God has been so, so good and without all the people that believe and trust in T.E.M. none of this would be possible. This ministry has grown way beyond my expectations and it continues to grow because of people like you (Doers of the Word). Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We are starting off the New Year wide open as usual. Will Tiller and I will be going into Haiti to transfer a food shipment the first of January. Then when I return, Shirley and I will be going to Jerusalem from late Jan. to early Feb. (Touring and working with Jews for Jesus) and in late Feb. I will be going to Fenton, MO for a rival and also visiting some churches in MO. In March we will be going back to Haiti in Z’Oranges for a Pastor’s Conference/ Discipleship Training/Youth Group and a small building team to lay a foundation for Jerusalem II. This should take us into the first week of April. Then as always we have our Nov. trip back to Z’Oranges for Medical and Discipleship Training. We have several trips in the plans between April and November but we made any commitments yet. “May you have a Wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year in the name of our Lord.”
    • 11/23/2007 Just returned from Haiti on Sat. Nov. 17th. The first part of the trip was with a team that truly was made from God’s hand. The team ranged from Virginia, South Carolina, MO, & Florida. Most of the team called me to see if we were going in November. God’s timing is always perfect. We arrived after a flood caused by a hurricane. We had doctors, nurses and men and women ready to help the flood victims. Churches and individuals from the U.S. came to the rescue of their Christian brothers and sisters in Haiti with donations. Over 23 people died in the flood and over 300 had damages. Two women lost their husbands and their house. I don’t think I will ever be able to understand their loss. It was devastating. ” It is always amazing to me to watch God’s people grow as they are doing His work. It was my honor and privilege to work along side these men and women that gave their time and money to help the poor of this world. They were doing what Jesus would have done. ” The second part of the trip was taking Josh, Natalie, Emma, Jonah and Gabriel (The Unger family) to the northwest to stay with George and Carol Ann Truelove for three months to see what God’s plan is for them. I admire their obedience to the calling of our Lord and my prayers are with them. When I left them they seemed to be adapting wonderfully. They will have many hardships ahead of them from language to culture. I ask that you pray for them and their family they left back home. ” I’m resting after a trip to India and Haiti in the last couple of months and at the same time planning a trip January 2nd to go back to Haiti to transport food from Cape Haitian to Marge Rouge. Will Tiller is supposed to go with me. The later part of that month Shirley and I will be going to Jerusalem with a group from Missouri touring and doing some evangelism with Jews for Jesus. We return in Feb. and then at the end of Feb. I will be doing a revival in Missouri and in March back to Haiti for a Pastors Conference, Discipleship training and laying a foundation for Jerusalem Two Church. ” As you can see God has me busy but I can’t do anything without Him. I need your prayers always.””And let us not be weary in well doing! for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.””1Galations 6:9 “God bless you all “
    • 10/19/2007 The India trip was wonderful. It is so nice to go somewhere where the people are hungry for the Word of God and wanting nothing in return. So many times I go places and it is as if, yes we will accept the Lord but what is in it for me. Do you have food or are you going to build us something. Whether it is here or in another country it seems like it is the same, what is in it for me. If anything I am more convinced that we have to make sure that we are doing everything in the name of Jesus and making sure that they hear the Gospel and disciple the people we come in contact with. From our churches in the states to overseas we need to make sure that they are seeking First the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and then these other things will come. I ask that you pray for T.E.M. to make sure we do this before we make any commitments. Thank and God bless
    • 10/1/2007 It never ceases to amaze me how God speaks to me on the mission field. As I sat out today on a rock overlooking a field in India God revealed to me another part of T.E.M. Disciple men. He commands us to disciple men. I don’t know of any church (I’m not saying there isn’t) that is truly making disciples of men. We have discipleship training but there is no one going out. We need to be training warriors for Christ to go out and spread the Good News. I began praying today for the land that we can build a small facility to train young men. We need to wake up and realize the urgency of telling everyone we know about Jesus. Today is the day of Salvation. Let us redeem the time. “Please be praying for this land that we can build a small facility to train young men. “
    • 9/3/2007 T.E.M. has many things going on and I myself have to go to Projects on the web page to remember them all. We are having a Bargain Sale this week-end at Wright Baptist Church and the funds will be used for many projects. The most current project that we will be funding is the India trip, then we have a Cuban family that we are trying to get to the United States and when I return from India we need help with a transmission for our military truck and funds for transportation of food from Cape Haitian to the area where George and Carol Ann Truelove live. (Nansantrain) I just received an e-mail from George that a small group of children that we are helping need more food. The food we are supplying is only taking them 1/2 of the way through the month. We need to help them till we can get the shipment of food there in November. There are more projects so check out our Projects on the web site. The Lord keeps us very busy but what a blessing it is to be part of the Kingdom work. We actually work for a King, not just a King but the King. “How awesome is that?” Yesterday I spoke with some juveniles that are locked up here in Ft. Walton Bch., FL, they are teenagers that have been in trouble from all over the state of Florida. These kids volunteer to come and listen to a message each Sunday. They are released from their cells and come to listen to the Word. I cannot tell you how exciting this was to share Christ with these young men to tell them that they don’t have to continue to live life the way they are. That Jesus has a wonderful plan for them and that they can do anything with Christ. I told them that God can do a miracle in their life and they wouldn’t be witnessing a miracle but that they would be the miracle. After watching a video of a youth group that we took to Haiti many of them asked for my card and said one day they would like to go. I encouraged them to call or e-mail me when they get out and to keep their eyes on Jesus, that it was going to be tough when they get out because Satan is out there and they need to stay surrounded with Christian brothers. What a blessed day I had.” I encourage each of you to go every time you get a chance to share what Jesus has done in your life. Some say I don’t have this gift. It isn’t a gift, it’s a commandment. It isn’t hard! it is just telling the truth. And the Bible says the Truth shall set you free. It can also set someone else free. God bless. “
    • 7/20/2007 I just returned from Haiti and what an exciting trip. It never ceases to amaze me how the Lord continues to show us the next step. I use to get anxious about the next step but as He matures me in the faith I know that He always has me exactly where I need to be. ” Josh & Natalie Unger went with Will Tiller and I on this trip to check out Haiti. They went as a response to a calling from the Lord of being missionaries in Haiti. Josh has been before and this was Natalie’s first trip. They both enjoyed the trip and now are listening to the Lord for their next step. T.E.M. will encourage and help them in anyway that we can.” Some more exciting news is that T.E.M. has a new member on the board of directors. We are so excited that Karl Leiber from St. Charles, MO has joined our team. Karl brings many great qualities but I think his greatest is his passion to serve. He truly loves the Lord with all his heart, mind and soul and his walk with the Lord shows especially in his family life. ” There are so many things happening in the ministry at this time I do not have the time to tell you all of them so please continue to check the blog for updates. “
    • 7/12/2007 Sorry you haven’t heard anything from me but we (Will Tiller, Josh & Natalie Unger) are in Haiti and we have not had access to the internet. We are in the Northwest now checking out the Widow’s Home. We are having a great time and Linda Blankenship is showing us her handiwork in the rooms of the ladies. We just arrive today and we will be sending pictures tomorrow hopefully. Be sure and check out the News section on the web-site for up to date information about the trip.
    • 6/21/2007 Will Tiller and I just returned from Batesburg/Leesville, South Carolina where we shared with the First Baptist Church of Batesville in two morning services and Brittany Tiller helped share about the Youth Trip that she took to Haiti in March with the Youth Sunday School Class. We had a great time. It is always a joy to tell people what God is doing in our lives. Check out the pictures on the web site” Will Tiller, Josh and Natalie Unger and myself will be leaving July the 9th for Haiti to do some work on the truck and later on fly up north to visit Linda Blankenship at the Widow’s Home and then visit with George and Carol Ann Truelove. I would like to thank Global Compassion Ministries for the donations for the truck parts that we will be installing. Please be praying for us as we hope to hear what God wants us to do next.” Heart of the Bride has purchased land in Marge Rouge and will begin building a warehouse for food in August. Feed the Starving Children is giving us a full container of food but there still is a cost of shipping. We are trying to ship it into Port de Paix and then we will truck it to the warehouse around October. If anyone would like to help with this project, please let us know. Now I have a need. I recently gave my 93 Dodge Caravan (which the Lord gave to me) to a Pastor friend of mine that was in more need of it than I was. My father has been kind enough to loan me his truck till the Lord provides another vehicle for me. I’m just asking you to pray that this need will be meet. He is faithful and it is exciting to wait and see what He does. Thank you so much for visiting our web site and God bless you and your families.”Bro. Chuck”
    • 6/4/2007 I just returned this week-end from Tallapoosa, GA. It is just outside Atlanta. I purchased over a $ 1000.00 worth of truck parts that we will be taking in July to prepare the truck for the shipment of food that we will be transporting from Port de Paix to Marge Rouge later on in the year. Parts a very hard to find in Haiti and they are used and sometimes don’t even work, so this will be more than helpful. ” Next week Will Tiller and I will be on our way to South Carolina where we will be speaking at a church that helped with the Widow’s Home. We will be showing them the up to date video and talking about missions. We are excited. ” I spoke last Wednesday night at an organization called JADA (Jesus, Alcoholics, and Drug Addicts) a Christian re-habilitation Center founded by Don Mount. They have been sponsoring me for many years. What a wonderful time I have there sharing about what God has done in my life and hopefully encouraging them to be warriors in Christ that understand satan’s warfare with drugs. They are the ones who can help others with the drug and alcohol problems .” We still feed the homeless every Wednesday night and are working on the building for the homeless to take showers and a place they can wash their clothes and get a hot meal. It just takes time and money but we are getting there in God’s time.” Please continue to pray that God will continue to speak to us, that we listen and that we are obedient. God bless.”
    • 5/23/2007 We have made our reservations for Haiti (July 9th -July 17th). Will Tiller, Josh and Natalie Unger and myself will be going in to work on the truck and then fly up to the northwest where we will visit the Widow’s Home and Linda Blankenship. (Steve and Faith will be in the states). Then we will be spending some time with George and Carol Ann Truelove and visit some pastors that we are helping in the Northwest with feeding the children and other projects. We are excited to see what God will show us.” We also have booked our trip to India ( Sept. 22nd-Oct. 6th). This trip will involve Will Tiller, Karl Leiber, Josh Unger and myself. We will be working in the rural areas of southwest India with our friend Pastor Vigi who we worked with 2 years ago. He is setting up our schedule of churches, pastor conferences, schools and homes. Last time over 9,000 people accepted Christ. We are excited and honored that we can go and represent our Lord.” We are also working on our office building where we will be feeding the homeless. A place they can come and take showers, wash their clothes and get a hot meal. We are remodeling this room now. As everything even though our labor is free the materials aren’t, so if the Lord leads you to help the homeless give us a call or e-mail us and we can tell you how. 850-582-1458 or truthm@cox.net”Bro. Chuck “
    • 5/9/2007 I know it has been a while since I have entered anything in the Blog but that doesn’t mean that T.E.M. isn’t doing anything. We are involved in many ministries from Haiti to India, Jerusalem and in the states. With this Blog I will tell you a little about what is happening in Haiti. I will be taking a small team back to Haiti around July to do some more maintenance on the military truck. We need some funds to purchase parts here in the states and then some mechanics to go with me to change them out. If you know a mechanic that would like to go to Haiti let me know. The second week of this trip will be to the Northwest to check on the progress of the Widow’s Home which is almost completely finished. We have four widows in the home now. Also we will go to visit George and Carol Ann and check out the land that Heart of the Bride bought to build a storehouse for some food that Feed the Starving Children is giving us but we have to pay for the shipping. If you would like to help with this please call me 850-582-1458 or e-mail me truthm@cox.net . We will be shipping the food into Port de Paix and then we will truck the food to Marge Rouge area. We are also working with the Sustainable Food Ministry that Joe Perkins has started that will be building green houses in Mole St. Nichol and other places. There hasn’t been a date set for that yet. We also have a trip planned in August depending on the shipping of the food to transport the food. To keep this Blog from being so long I will tell you the other plans we have for India, Haiti in Nov. and Jerusalem. “Bro. Chuck “
    • 3/27/2007 Report from Haiti”All Is Well”They don’t have internet access in Z’Oranges but Will Tiller was able to make a quick phone call to report in. He said, “We just want everyone to know that we’ve arrived safely, and everything is going well. We’ve had 2 days of Vacation Bible School. We’re having a great time!”
    • 3/26/2007 Back to Haiti. I just returned from Haiti on March 12 and today (March 20) I’m going back to prepare for the Wright Baptist Church Youth team. I have many things to do but one of them is to have all the maintenance done on the 2 1/2 ton military truck the Lord blessed us with. So be praying for me because most of you know things don’t move too fast in Haiti. The Youth will arrive on March 25 and will be working in the village of Z’Oranges until March 30, and then we will go into Port and spend the night and fly home on the 31st so keep us in prayer during this time. I am really excited to be a part of these young people. I know that this trip will change their lives. It sure changed mine. I truly believe this is the best investment a church or parent can invest in, the spiritual growth of their child. Who knows which ones will be missionaries, pastors or Sunday school teachers? Only God knows but how exciting it is to watch them grow. Check out our website as the mission continues, in the News section.
    • 3/23/2007 March 22nd. ” “I arrived back in Haiti on the 20th of March to prepare for the Wright Baptist “Church Youth team of Ft. Walton Bch. As some of you know the Lord has blessed “us with a 21/2 ton military truck and my Haitian friends ,myself with the help “of Curt the American missionary here in Haiti (mechanic) are working very hard “to get it ready for the trip up the mountain March 25th to the village of “Z’Oranges. We have had a very hard time finding parts for the truck which “sometimes takes the entire day but isn’t our God faithful. As of today we have “all the tires on the truck and the brakes work, Halelouyah!!. The truck was “running single tires and it is suppose to have duals. These are not cheap here “in Haiti. Each tire was $ 325.00 (that’s American Dollar) I had to buy four. “Four brake shoes were $ 270.00. As you can see it doesn’t take long to spend a “lot of money. But this truck is truly a gift from God. It was found for us “right before this trip and it will help us with many more. I’ve got two more “days of preparing so don’t stop praying. “
    • 2/22/2007 “So encourage each other and build each other up”” 1 Thessalonians 5:11″How often do we encourage another person? It seems we are always concerned about our investments or mostly our returns on our investments. I can truly say that the most important investment we can make in life is in another person! to invest your time helping and encouraging another to follow Christ: to show them that they are more important than yourself. To show them how to live that abundant life that Jesus talked about. And by helping others you will know that abundant life also. “
    • 1/8/2007 “Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good! Blessed is the man who trust in the Lord.”” Psalm 34:8″If everyone would just taste as see how great our Lord is. I see so much trouble in this world. Homeless people totally lost, people trying to satisfy themselves, so-called Christians living just like the people in the world, cheating, lying getting divorces. Satan is alive and well. Look at your own families. Maybe the reason they haven’t tasted the Lord is that we haven’t offered them a bite. It is time to Wake up and redeem the time that we have lost. There is nothing more important than salvation, so stop being afraid and give someone a taste of what is good and pure. “
    • 12/11/2006 “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous person availeth much.”” James 5:16″I just wanted to thank everyone who prayed for me before surgery and that are “still praying. In all the pain that came after the surgery I knew that hundreds”of warriors were lifting me up to our Lord and I knew by the promises in “scripture that my Lord heard the prayers and that I was going to be okay. We “do have an awesome God and I believe that He still has many works for the “Truth Evangelistic Ministries to do before I go home to be with Him. God”bless you all and Merry, Merry Christmas.”Bro. Chuck”
    • 11/26/2006 “It isn’t my responsibility to judge outsiders, but it certainly is your responsibility to judge those inside the church who are sinning.” 1 Corinthians 5:12 (NLT)”As hard as it is, it is our responsibility to tell our brothers and sisters in Christ when they are veering from the Truth. It is much easier to justify that we don’t need to get involved or that it is none of our business but God says otherwise. Are we going to be obedient to our Lord as mature Christians or are we going to stay on the milk as babies? It is time to awake and become warriors in Christ and trust him.”
    • 10/28/2006 “Owe no man any thing, but to love on another.” Romans 13:8″Just wanted to share a story with you. Our Church was trying to raise money for a cistern for a Church in Haiti. We came up short. And as most churches we were contemplating whether to go ahead and build it and possibly borrowing the money. We decided that if God wanted a cistern this year He would have given us the money and we have told the Church in Haiti that it isn’t possible this year. To some this doesn’t sound like much of a story, but if we could make this kind of decision in our lives and in our Church we would not be in financial bondage. Our Lord wants us to be free, free from this world, not living in stress that we impose on ourselves. Do we not trust the Lord to provide for our needs, not our wants? When are we going to stop this insanity of building and buying things that we don’t have the money for. It is not of our Lord. Let us trust in Him and Him alone.
    • 10/13/2006 What is Truth Evangelistic Ministries up to? Sometimes it is as if I have a puzzle, and I have some of the pieces put together and I have other pieces out to the side. I have to find one piece before the others can fit. We have so much going on. We are working on the Widows Home and will be finishing it around February. We have paid for all of the construction and now we need about $7,000.00 for beds, chairs, solar panels, sheets, etc.”Today I was given $1300.00 from a community retirement center that had a bake sale in St. Louis so we only need $5,700.00. It is always so awesome to see how God touches people’s hearts to get His work done.” On this visit, I have helped Heart of the Bride layout the foundation for the orphanage in Sibet, in Northwest Haiti. We will also be building a storage house in the Northwest for food distribution of food from Feed My Starving Children, FMSC. Love a Child has been giving us 100 boxes each time I come and FMSC has blessed us with a container with about 1200 boxes, but we have to pay for shipping from Minnesota to Miami to Port-au-Prince to the Northwest. We already have $2500.00. It will cost about $ 6 – 7,000.00.”We have been given a bus that we have to pick up in the Florida Keys. This is going to be used for our transportation from Mole St. Nichols to our work sites in the Northwest, and we also have a 1999 Land Rover donated that we will be sending for small teams to use. God is so, so good. We will have to pay for transporting them. The biggest cost is getting them out of customs. We think about $8,000.00 should take care of this.”We are working on our new office in Ft. Walton Beach, and in part of this building, we are making an apartment so we can bring in the homeless to take showers, wash clothes, eat and let us minister to them. We eventually hope to build a Haiti House that will be like a thrift shop so we can have a steady income for local and foreign missions.” “We are helping support other ministries locally and overseas, as small as we are, but we know that by helping others we are always blessed. We are so fortunate to be able to work with all these other ministries for His glory. We can do awesome things when we work together.””A threefold cord is not quickly broken,” Ecc 4:12″I hope I didn’t offend anyone by showing the cost of each of these projects, but if you notice I did not ask for anything. We want God to put it on your heart so He can receive all the glory.”God bless you all.
    • 9/18/2006 “But whatever I am now, it is all because God has poured out his special favor on me-and not without results.”” 1 Corinthians 15:10″ God has poured out a special blessing on all of us! we are miracles, true miracles, to be able to see the Truth when there is nothing to see, but to know that you know the Truth. To walk by faith and not by sight, to make decisions not by what you know in this world but by what you know by the spirit world. To make decisions that makes no sense in this world but perfect sense in God’s world. ” Now after the miracle are we going to go back into the world or are we going to continue to walk in the miracle. Is your life a testimony to the miracle? Are you doing things that bring glory to our Lord? I’m not talking about going to church! I’m talking about helping people, showing the love and compassion of our Lord! feeding the homeless, visiting the widows, going to prisons, helping the needy in the name of our Lord that we can say that God didn’t waste the miracle, that we are a living testimony of our Lord. We are the children of God himself, let us act accordingly.”
    • 8/20/2006 “And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name.” ” Acts 5:41″I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called.”” Eph 4:1 “Very simple question, “Do you suffer for His name.” When you stand before the Father, where will you be able to say that you sacrificed, that you proved your worthiness in the time of persecution, that you opened your mouth boldly to make known Christ, that you did a kind act in His name. We were chosen! we were called to be His sons and daughters. Let us be worthy of that calling. “
    • 7/19/2006 “Howbeit the most High dwelleth not in temples made with hands! as saith the prophet. Heaven is my throne, and earth is my footstool: what house will you build me?” ” Acts 7:48-49″ Sometimes it seems we tend to forget this passage as we vote on the building projects.”God cannot be held by a building. We do not have to go to church to find God. He said that we are His temple. He lives inside of us. All we have to do is speak to Him anywhere and anytime and He hears us. What an awesome God” Why don’t we use our money to feed, cloth and spread the Good New of our Lord instead of trying to impress it?”
    • 7/3/2006 ” adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. ” James 4:4. Most people don’t like to read this kind of scripture, it’s the kind you skip over or you try to interpret another way to justify your life style. Also in 1 John 2:15, “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.” The Bible speaks over and over how we are not of this world that we are foreigners and strangers to this world. We have to protect ourselves from the things of the world. Even our churches are in the world. One of the Ten Commandments is not to covet, but our small churches covet the large churches and go into the world to borrow money which our Bible says that we are suppose to owe no man anything. They are in direct defiance of God and wonder why they are not being blessed. We have to keep our eyes on Jesus and do His will not ours. He takes care of our needs. Our wants take us away from Him.”
    • 6/18/2006 “The generous will prosper! those who refresh others will themselves be refreshed.” Proverbs 11:25″Don’t you have a wonderful feeling when you help others. This is that feeling of being refreshed by the Spirit. There is no other refreshment better than this one. And it says the generous will prosper, this could mean in material things but I believe that we prosper in the things of the Kingdom! peace, love and joy. Continue to refresh others.
    • 6/1/2006 “The treasure you have accumulated will stand as evience against you on the day of judgement.” James 5:3 NLT””You have spent your years on earth in luxury, satisfying your every desire.” James 5:5 NLT “Do we really sacrificially give or do we give and never notice that we we gave. We never do without anything. God knows our heart and one day we will be held accountable. Isn’t it time we say to ourselves that we have enough and say, thank you Lord, now it is time for me to give to others.
    • 5/15/2006 “Look here, you rich people! Weep and groan with anguish because of all the terrible troubles ahead of you.” 2 your wealth is rotting away and your fine clothes are moth-eaten rags. 3 Your gold and silver become worthless. The very wealth you were counting on will eat away your flesh like fire. The treasure you have accumulated will stand as evidence against you on the day of judgment.” James 5:1-4″”You have spent your years on earth in luxury, satisfying your every desire.” James 5:5 “Does this sound like us?”When we stand before our Father how much will we be able to say that we gave to further the Kingdom and how much did we keep for ourselves. Unfortunately He will know. Bless someone today with the blessings that the Lord gave you. Don’t let your treasures count against you in the Day of Judgment. “
    • 5/4/2006 “Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which you have of God, and ye are not your own.” 1 Corinthians 6:19. This week I have been going to church at the Premiere Eglise Baptiste de Croix-des Bouquets in an open field in Haiti that is nothing but a tin roof with no walls. The roof is held up with branches of trees. There are many people coming to the saving grace of our Lord and the Haitian people are singing with joy and are grateful that now they have Hope (Jesus). I think we need to remember that we are the temple and we don’t need a million or more dollar church to receive His love or to bring more people into the Kingdom. That is God’s job. Our job is to go out and tell people of His loving grace and mercy. If you ask God which would He rather you do, build a million dollar church and go into debt or feed, cloth and tell His children about Him. What do you think the answer would be?”
    • 4/17/2006 “There is therefore no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.” Romans 8:1. “Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink or in respect of a holyday, or of the new moon, or of the Sabbath days: Colossians 2:16″We are free and we need not listen to man and be conformed to this world’s way. Paul himself said that when he received this revelation from Jesus Christ he did not confer with men (Gal 1:16). He knew he would be ridiculed. We are not of this world. We have a leader, a Savoir who will lead us and yes, we will face persecution but he that is faithful even unto death shall receive the crown of life (Rev 2:10). Don’t let anyone judge you! you are a child of the King. Don’t let the bondage of religion or religious people keep you from being free and doing God’s work. Shout out, Halehlouya I’m free!!!! “
    • 3/29/2006 “But you have received the Holy Spirit and He lives within you, so you don’t need anyone to teach you what is true. For the Spirit teaches you everything you need to know, and what He teaches is true-it is not a lie.” ” 1 John 2:27. When we accepted Jesus as our Lord and Savoir we need to be obedient in reading His word. We actually should have the hunger and thirst to read His word daily. We should not rely on man to explain scripture to us. We have the greatest teacher of them all, the Holy Spirit. He promises us to teach us only the Truth and by knowing the truth we can spot the lie. We will not be lead astray by false prophets or false teachers. Many religions do not want you to read the Bible. They know that God’s Word has power and will reveal the Truth (Jesus) to us. My brothers and sisters in Christ, make time to read His word. Know the Truth. Jesus said, “I am the way, the Truth, and the life.” ” John 14:6 “
    • 3/13/2006 But whosoever keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we are in Him. ” 1 John 2:5 “In this world it is nothing for someone to tell you a lie. Contractors will knowingly tell you that they will have a project finished by a certain date, and they don’t. Mechanics will tell you one price, and then it is another when the job is finished. Friends will tell you they will help you with something and won’t show up, with no phone call. We have learned not to believe what most people tell us. Unfortunately, some of these people call themselves Christians. This is one of the reasons why so many people don’t want anything to do with Christians. I think the term is hypocrites? We, as the true born again believers, have to understand that our word is the same as Jesus Himself speaking. He abides in us and is with us always. If we are going to call ourselves His children then we need to act like His children. This is a great responsibility that we have been given. Let us honor our Lord and speak the truth, always. “
    • 3/1/2006 “And whatsoever we ask, we receive of Him, because we keep His commandments, and do those things that are pleasing to Him.” 1 John 3:22. Most of us know the first part of this verse, that whatsoever we ask, we receive of Him but most people don’t take the time to read the rest and they wonder why they don’t receive Gods’ blessings. We have a just God and a loving God who wants to give you all His blessings but we are the ones who keep Him from giving them to us. Let us try to keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing to Him and watch His blessings fill our lives.
    • 2/17/2006 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” Galatians 6:9. Praise God, our Lord never, never gets tired of well doing. Anytime we start something, whether it is a race or what, we are always refreshed and ready to begin. As the race continues we become tired and some even quit with the finish line in sight. I ask you to pray for TEM that we never get weary of well doing and we finish the race to hear, “well done my good and faithful servant.” I want to thank everyone for praying and supporting the ministry that we can help the people who are lost in this world.
    • 2/8/2006 “Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.” James 1:27. Hope Bible Church in O’Fallon, MO shows the love and compassion of our Lord to fifty orphans that lost their parents in a disaster in Gonaives last year. “For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.” 1 Corinthians 12:12″It is absolutely amazing to watch God’s people at work, working as one. There are about 45 Americans here in Haiti and we are divided into three teams. One is a building team in Roche Forte! one is a medial team in La Mache and one team is doing repairs at the children’s home. Everyone is very busy and full of the Lord’s joy. You cannot help but have His joy when you are in His will.”I want to thank everyone who prays for and supports me so that I may serve our Lord in Haiti. I pray He will bless you and your family.
    • 1/27/2006 “For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace.” 1 Corinthians 14:33″It is strange to be in a country that has no control and is truly in a state of confusion, and yet I have perfect peace in this place. Everyday there are thieves stealing, beggars begging, and people kidnapping and killing others for money but still my Lord gives me peace. He told the disciples in John 14:27 “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled neither let it be afraid.” I now know what kind of peace He was talking about.”Go to the News section of the website to see some pictures of Love A Child out from Port-au-Prince. Here you will see a picture of Joe Perkins, a missionary that started the green house in Bombard and is doing a wonderful job growing fruits and vegetables for the children. He also is teaching the people in the area how to grow certain plants in different ways than they are used to.”Bobby and Sherri who founded and oversee Love A Child were in the United States so I didn’t get to see them but they relayed a message to Nelio who works for them to give us 100 boxes of food. The food comes from a organization called Feed the Starving Children. Each box has 36 packets of food and each packet will make 6 nutritious meals for the children. It always amazes me what God’s people can do when they work together. We will be shipping the food up to the children later this month.”I’m still in Port-au-Prince now. We should leave on Sunday morning and arrive at our destination late Sunday night.”
    • 1/21/2006 “For as a man thinketh in his heart is he.” Proverbs 23:7″If we think that we are not warriors for Christ, we’re not. If we don’t truly believe that we are HIS sons and daughters, HIS ambassadors, HIS joint heirs to the kingdom, we can do nothing and we will never feel the joy of the Lord.” I recently went with some men of Wright Baptist Church on Wednesday night to give the homeless the food that was left over from our Wednesday night supper and the next morning I had the privilege of joining some men to take sack lunches to the men and women at the labor forces. I can honestly say the whole next day I was filled with joy that I was able to show the love and compassion of our Lord. All you have to do is to do something in HIS name for HIS glory and you will receive HIS joy.””I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” “When you say I can’t, I believe HE says: ” Now we can go to work because I CAN!!!””
    • 1/9/2006 Today is Jan. 9th and I will be leaving to go to Dallas to pick up several hundred pairs of shoes for the orphans of Haiti from Celebrity Shoes for Orphans. I’m meeting Karl Leiber and Charles Chatman of The Charles Chatman Association and we will drive to St. Louis where they will be shipped to Haiti. I will be returning on Thursday Jan. 12th. A quick trip. I would like to ask you to pray for us during the travel but also for the sermon that I will be preaching at Wright Baptist Church on Jan. 15th. There is so much I want to say about how important it is for us to understand what it means to be born again. That we are truly to live for Christ and not ourselves. That we are warriors for Christ and it is time that we wake up. There is a dying world out there and it is our responsiblity to tell the world about our Lord. I’m praying that it will be a powerful message from God, not from me for us to start taking our salvation seriously.
