Everyone from TEM would like to thank all the people who sent a gift to purchase the books for the school in Z’Orange. Thank you to Shalimar Baptist Church, which gave over $1000 toward the cost of the books, and to those of you who sent gifts to make up the additional $500 that we were short. These books will be so helpful for the Haitian teachers to know what to teach to prepare the children for their government exams. Sandy and Vicki went on the last trip to Haiti with me; they not only went to the book store to make sure we were buying the right books, but also sat in and taught in the classrooms. The Haitian teachers were delighted to see them and have them teach their classes.
