We need your help!! The first thing we all need is Jesus Christ, the Living Water. But then we also have to have water to survive. Our well in Z’Orange is completely dry. As you can tell by the frustration of the little girl in the photos, it is a difficult time. Children this age walk 2 hours down a mountain by themselves to take home 2 gallons of water a day for their family to wash and cook with. Now these little children and others have to walk more than 2 hours to other wells, and wait in line for an hour or more to get water. (The other wells have their regulars, so they get their water first.) So they walk 2 hours down the mountain, wait an hour or more, and then have a 2-hour climb back up the mountain – over half a day just for 2 gallons of water! Our well is much more convenient and they can get water much faster. Please search you heart and help the people of Haiti have water, something we take for granted.

We are blessed to know David Heady of Global Outreach and his people that drill wells in Haiti. The cost is $5500 to drill a well 300 feet or more and put a hand pump on it. Global Outreach has been drilling and maintaining wells for over 35 years, and they know the importance of water. David and his crew are going to go ahead and drill the well for us, knowing that we will pay them as soon as we can.

If the Lord puts it on your heart to give water to the people of Haiti, please mail a check to: TEM, 1945 Patrician Way, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547, or you can send a gift by PayPal on this website. (Please let me know if you are mailing a check so I will know the funds are on the way.)

I just arrived back in country today. I will be going back to Haiti on July 9, praying that God will provide the funds for the well by using His children. God bless.
