Gang Rescue

Art Wilson, the founder of Gang Rescue, invited Brother Chuck and Pastor Ken Loubriel, pastor of Green Acres Baptist Church, to speak with teenage boys at the Gulf Coast Youth Academy in Fort Walton Beach. These teenagers, 14-18 years old, have gotten into trouble with the law in the state of Florida.

Brother Chuck gave his testimony and explained that there is another way other than going back to the same old gang, doing the same wrong things and ending up back in a detention juvenile detention facility or worse yet, jail. Brother Chuck also told them about Haiti and the work being done there, and how they could be a part of God’s Kingdom. He even told them that maybe one day they could go to Haiti, or anywhere that the Lord leads them. He made sure they knew that God has a wonderful plan for their life, not a defeated life but an abundant life.

We never know who we may reach when we tell people about our Lord Jesus, but if we reach just one, it is worth the time and effort. Besides, there never is just one because they will tell others.
