Our Truth team recently returned from the Uganda mission with Partner 135. After a canceled flight, four unexpected days at a hotel in Entebbe, and lost luggage, the eight of us finally made it home. Even with the travel challenges, this was one of the most powerful, God-filled trips we’ve ever experienced.
Here’s a glimpse of what the Lord did through faithful Christians who want desperately for others to know Christ –
• Decisions for Christ: 1,436
• Eyeglass Patients Served: 2,110
• VBS Attendance: 350+ children · Baptisms: 23
• Goats Given: 11
• Motorcycles Provided for Pastors: 3
• Medical Clinic: Hundreds treated
• Hygiene Bags Distributed: 290
We preached at daily crusades, with 300+ people hearing the Gospel each day. The hunger for hope and salvation was overwhelming-you could see the joy in their eyes as they heard about Jesus.
I also witnessed an unforgettable miracle. I was asked to pray for a paraplegic man(he had a spinal injury from a motorcycle wreck). When I asked if he knew Christ, he told me he was Muslim. Prissy, my wife, shared the Gospel, and he gave his life to Jesus right there. Then, when I asked if he wanted to walk and offered my hand, he stood up and walked for the first time in two years. God is still at work, doing the impossible!
Both Truth Evangelistic Ministry and Partner 135 began years ago – both ministries are bearing incredible fruit. We are grateful to God for the Kingdom partners that He has given us so that together we can share Jesus! We truly believe the best is yet to come. We are honored to have you actively praying and supporting our ministry as we take the Gospel to even more places.
As Jesus said, “The time has come… The kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news!” (Mark 1:15). Let’s proclaim the Good News together around the world.
