Does your Love of Christ
Come from something that you read or heard about?
Or does it come from living and walking in His shoes
What I am asking
Please don’t take offense
Do you have the Head knowledge of Christ
Or do you have the Heart knowledge of Christ
Have you attended Church and Sunday School for many years
And you understand the concepts that have been taught
Or have you gone living and loving the life of Christ
Willing to sacrifice and die for His name
For you See Love is a verb
Love is an action
We can’t sit back in our comfortable pews
And think that real love is sitting on our hunches
We were meant to go and love one another
Go and tell the World what He has done for Us
Earning our Stripes along the way
Love is not a concept-It’s a Passion
To Know Christ is to Love Him
To Love Him is to show Him
To all the lands and all the nations
Isn’t it time that you really experienced the Love of Christ?
16 By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. 17 But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him?
18 My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth. 19 And by this we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before Him.”
