After a long evening of unpacking medications, the team members got into bed last night around 11 p.m. We slept in today so they could get some rest from their long journey yesterday. We got up around 8 a.m. and had coffee and breakfast, then Dr. Sanders gave a devotion and Aline Cotton sang a beautiful song praising the Lord. Afterward we all got ready for church, which started around 10:30. After listening to several groups singing praises to the Lord, Pastor Bishop, from Birmingham AL, gave a powerful message on how much the Lord loves us.
For the rest of the day we will be preparing medications for tomorrow’s big day – medical clinic at Jerusalem IV. The team will be there all day in the hot sun seeing hundreds of Haitians with all kinds of sickness. Please be praying for this team as they show the love of Christ.
