We arrived at the Port-au-Prince airport around 2:30 p.m. yesterday. After we got our things, we loaded up the truck and began our journey, and what a journey it was…the sights (and smells) of Port-au-Prince will never be forgotten! After we got through Port, we headed up the mountain. The ride up was very interesting, with all of the bumps we went over. After the bumpy ride, we finally arrived at the mission house. As soon as we got off the truck we felt the presence of God with us. All the joy and love in one place is so amazing; we are truly blessed to be here.
