Just Say “Yes Lord”

One month home from Uganda, and I am still in awe of what God accomplished during this trip. Words fall short, but I witnessed our amazing God In action on this medical mission journey.

God brought together 19 Jesus-loving individuals from Kansas, Texas, Montana, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Together, we partnered with passionate churches in Uganda, including numerous pastors, associate pastors, their families, and church members, all on fire for Jesus. Their excitement for Jesus was obvious, their dedication to following Him was inspiring, and their kindness to us was incredibly humbling. For two weeks, our team provided medical care to about 3,300 men, women, and children. In our eye clinics approximately 1,700 individuals received much-needed glasses. Most importantly, we shared the Gospel with every single person who visited. By God’s grace, around 1,650 people accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior!

Each day ended in worship revivals filled with singing, dancing, and powerful preaching. Worshipping alongside my Ugandan brothers and sisters in Christ has forever changed me. Their boundless love for the Lord, mighty praises, and strong passion to share Him with others filled each village with a sense of peace and God’s undeniable presence.

Partner 135’s ministry in Uganda has deeply-rooted faith and is bearing good fruit. Their team’s dedication to sharing the Gospel across Uganda made this mission possible and fostered lasting kingdom connections. Relationships formed not only among our US team but with our Ugandan family, too, reminding us that when we give God our “YES,” He truly does great and mighty things.

Thank you to all who supported, prayed, and said “YES” to this mission. God is at work in Uganda, and His kingdom is growing! I hope you can see God’s work in the video.

In His Service –
