A Day of Odd Jobs and Rest

I woke up this morning, after a great sleep, to the smell of coffee that Josh was brewing on the stove. We had a great breakfast of eggs, rolls and bananas. It was a day of relaxing and just resting in the Lord as we did odd jobs around George’s place. I purchased some avocado planks from one of George’s neighbors. He has another neighbor that will sand them for us since they are very rough. We are going to use them for the seats on Gabriel; the old ones have rotted out. The rest of the afternoon Josh, George and I worked on a generator that George bought new but it wouldn’t start. We worked all afternoon and it still won’t start. Oh well, we had a good time anyway.

The Ungers are doing great. The kids started school today and met some new friends. It won’t take them long to be speaking Kreol. Natalie cooked a delicious dinner for us, and we just enjoyed sitting around and talking about our day. No television, praise the Lord. Till tomorrow. Thank you for your prayers.
